Our team works on 6-10 large projects per year. We also focus on product development specific to the mobile space and work with many industry leaders on third party system integration.

• Overland Foam Composite Habitats

• Tiny Homes

• RVs

Often no plumb, square, or level to lean on. Installing inside a compound, complex form.

Projects consist of simple cabinetry, complex kitchens with many drawers and doors, lightweight stud walls, hollow pocket door construction, custom milled hardwood projects, fixture and appliance installation.

CNC router constructed cabinetry.

Designers and Engineers on staff - this is not a design position (but we are open to change, suggestions, and rad ideas).

Qualifications

• At Least 5+ years experience in contract furniture and or residential cabinetry

• Knowledge of cabinet hardware and hardware installation

• Trade show production, finish carpentry, general contracting is a +

• Ability to think on your feet and be self sufficient.

• Good spatial awareness

• Work with a small team towards a single vision

• Pivot between multiple projects as needed.

• Safe and competent operation of all woodworking equipment

• Oversee up to 2 woodworkers

• Extensive material knowledge outside of sheets good and hardwoods is +

• Commercial finishing experience is a huge +

• Forklift experience is a + but not necessary

• Metalworking is a + but not absolutely necessary

Compensation

Full time contract position guarantees (35 hrs) to start with huge amounts of growth available. Candidates will be considered for a full time payroll position with opportunity for healthcare and perks after 120 days. This is certainly a position that you will get out of what you are willing to put into it. We are a small team that wears many hats.

Work Schedule Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m

Our company designs and supplies off-grid power systems to a network of 35 dealers across the U.S. We complete 6-10 custom builds a year allowing us to focus on product development while running a full service/installation center.

Our goal is to integrate cutting edge power regeneration and storage systems with luxury interiors to produce bespoke solutions exceeding the functionality and needs of our individual clients and dealers.

We work with many industry leaders on third party system integration such as Lithium specific alternator charging, DC air conditioners, hydronic in-floor heating and more!

We own a CNC and digital fabrication facility with designers and engineers on site, allowing us to create bespoke solutions for the problems that we face. Designers and Engineers on staff, this is not a design position (We are open to change, suggestions, and rad ideas).

Qualifications

Needs to be able to solve problems and be self sufficient. We are looking for someone who is excited about progressing their own education while learning about emerging technology. We are strongly integrated with a global leader of off-grid energy (Victron Energy) as our founder is part of the team as an ambassador paid to train other companies.
